Cobb Salad & Roasted Garlic Dressing with Italian Chicken Nuggets. YUMMY.
I got home from work the other morning, chopped some chicken into bite size pieces, then tossed it in a baggy with evoo (extra virgin olive oil), salt, and pepper. Threw it in the fridge then hit the sack.
That afternoon I rolled the chicken in and mixture of italian bread crumbs, panko, parmesan cheese, and parsley. whoa that’s a lot of P’s.
Then popped em in the oven for 12 mins and TA DA.
While these lil beauts were in the oven cooking up. I whipped up some DIY salad dressing. Roasted Garlic vinaigrettes.
I had roasted a head of garlic in the AM while I was chopping chicken. Then just added evoo, vinegar, honey, salt, & pepper to the garlic in a food processor and TA DA!
