I realize that college football actually started last weekend however we had a bit of a set back when our TV bit the dust a few days ago. Jeff’s Aunt & Uncle were sweet enough to give us their old TV (way nicer, newer, and bigger than the one we had) when they upgraded. After much.. lets say debating 🙂 we decided which TV ‘we’ wanted. Now, it was game time for the Baggett’s. We had to make a deal to make this purchase work.
After working with a salesman who couldn’t lower the price to what we wanted he had a genius strategy. He said “hey, here is what you do. Go across the street (another electronic’s store) and let the art of Price Match work for you.” So we did. FOUR TIMES we went back and forth bringing a better deal that they had to match. We haggled until the other guys bailed out. Jeff was a negotiating ninja!! We were able to come off the price hundreds of dollars. Whoo hoo! The catch was they had to order the TV, ugh. But we picked it up today for one of the most glorious at home college football days ever.
Me, My hubby, and My brother spent the day watching football, experimenting in the kitchen, and eating! And it’s not over yet.

Okay, so here is how you make these bad boys. SUPER EASY!
Combine equal parts Lemon Pepper Seasoning, Seasoning Salt (any kind), and Garlic Salt/powder into bowl, jar, shaker, or whatever is sitting around. Then cake it all over your ribs. Turn the grill on low. I mean LOW. Toss the rack on then leave em for 3-4 hours. Once the ribs are looking ready to come off the grill it’s time for the 2nd and last step. In a jar, protein drink shaker, or whatever you have combine a big thing of lemon juice and about a cup or so of honey. Splash it all over, flip ribs, repeat. And that’s it. Ahhh Mazing!
1.5 cups flour
1.5 tsp baking powder
.5 tsp salt
1 cup sugar
4T butter melted
1 egg beaten well
3/4 cup milk
1 cup cheddar cheese sharp
Preheat oven 400
Mix dry ingredients in largw bowl
Mix butter, milk, beaten egg, vanilla in small bowl. Add to dry. Mix until just combined.
Pour in well greesed muffin tins. Bake @400 for 15 – 20 min.
SPICY MAC & CHEESE
I used a combo of 3 Pepper Colby Jack & Sharp Cheddar Cheese for a delish twist!
